Accounting firm software designed by a Moroccan firm
Automatic AI data entry, VAT, corporate income tax (IS), payroll, legal work, Sage export, client portal and WhatsApp assistant: everything a Moroccan accounting or fiduciary firm does every day, in a single piece of software.
SAMIFISC is first and foremost a chartered accounting firm in Agadir. We built our own accounting firm software because no tool covered Moroccan reality — local bank statements, stamp duty, VAT on non-residents, State 9421 (annual statement of salaries paid), company formation procedures. This software is now offered to other accounting and fiduciary firms.
What the software does for your firm
Data entry, replaced by reading
Your clients upload their documents; the AI reads invoices, bank statements, cash vouchers and loan schedules, and proposes the entries in the Moroccan chart of accounts. Your staff check and validate instead of typing. See automatic accounting entry with AI.
Tax returns
VAT (deduction statement, cash-basis revenue, VAT on non-residents), corporate income tax (IS) instalments and return, with the deadlines of each file and their status — to prepare, filed, paid.
Payroll and legal work
Payroll for your clients with payslips validated by the firm and State 9421; legal procedures (company formations, amendments) followed step by step, with the deeds generated and a tracking code for the client.
Everyday tools
- Bank reconciliation and memory of allocation accounts per file.
- Cash journal, cash disbursement vouchers and recurring entries.
- Loans and leasing: schedules read by the AI and direct debits found on the statements.
- Sage export and import, general ledger, trial balance, journals.
Your clients, connected to your firm
Each client has their own Client Portal: document upload, tracking of tax returns, invoicing and payroll if they wish, notifications when a document is rejected, and a WhatsApp assistant that receives documents and replies in French, Arabic or Darija. See client file management for the firm.
Why software designed by a firm
- Designed for Moroccan rules, not adapted from foreign software
- Used every day by our own firm on real files
- The AI proposes, your staff validate: you keep the responsibility
- Sage-compatible: no break from your habits
