Moroccan invoicing software, from quote to payment

Quotes, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes in your own branding, with all the Moroccan mandatory details — and each invoice flowing on its own into your accounting.

Invoicing software in Morocco must first produce compliant invoices: ICE, IF, RC, continuous numbering, VAT by rate, amount in words. SAMIFISC's Commercial Management module does that, and goes further: your sales and your receipts feed directly into your accounting.

Features of the invoicing module

  • Quotes, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes — automatic, continuous numbering
  • One-click conversion: quote → order → delivery → invoice
  • Customer records and a catalogue of products and services (prices, VAT)
  • Recurring invoices (subscriptions, rent) issued automatically
  • PDFs in your own look: logo, header and footer, amount in words
  • Sending by e-mail from the application, tracking of payments and collections
  • Sales dashboard: revenue, outstanding amounts, unpaid invoices
  • Handover to the firm: each invoice suggests its accounting entry, with no re-entry

From quote to invoice, in one click

An accepted quote becomes a purchase order, then a delivery note, then an invoice — without retyping a line. Recurring invoices (rent, subscriptions, maintenance contracts) go out on their own every month. A credit note cancels or cleanly corrects an invoice already issued.

Payment tracking

Each payment is attached to its invoice: cheque, bank transfer, cash, bill of exchange. The dashboard shows revenue, outstanding amounts and unpaid invoices; a cash payment goes automatically into the cash book.

Invoicing linked to the accounting

This is what sets SAMIFISC apart from a simple invoicing tool: your accountant sees your sales as they happen, collected VAT is prepared, and the return no longer needs manual reconciliation. Frequently asked questions

A question, a specific need?

Our experts are available to talk with you and answer all your questions.

Do my invoices carry the mandatory details required in Morocco?

Yes: your company name, ICE, IF and RC, those of your business customer, continuous numbering, the date, the breakdown of amounts excluding tax, VAT by rate and amount including tax, and the amount in words.

Can I invoice in euros or dollars?

Yes: an invoice can be issued in MAD, EUR or USD; the accounting records it in dirhams at the Bank Al-Maghrib rate.

Do my invoices flow into my accounting?

Yes. Each validated invoice proposes its sales entry, and its cash receipts go to the cash book: your accountant has nothing to re-enter.

Does the software handle the DGI e-invoice?

E-invoicing is not yet open in Morocco. Your invoices are already numbered, structured and stored in the application: SAMIFISC will connect to it as soon as the system opens. See our page on e-invoicing in Morocco.
