Legal notice

This page states who is behind samifisc.com and the Client Portal at app.samifisc.com, where the data is hosted, and whom to write to. It is published under Law No. 09-08 (the duty to inform in Article 5), Law No. 53-05 on the electronic exchange of legal data, and the Moroccan commercial rules on the identification of businesses.

1. The publisher of the site and the Client Portal

The samifisc.com site, its subdomains and the "Client Portal" application available at app.samifisc.com are published and operated by:

SAMIFISC is an accounting and advisory firm based in Agadir. It carries out its engagements — bookkeeping and accounting supervision, tax and social filings, payroll, corporate legal work, financial advice, audit — under its own professional responsibility and in compliance with professional secrecy. The Client Portal is the tool the firm makes available to its clients to work with it; it is not a service sold separately from the engagement.

The publication director is responsible for the content published by SAMIFISC on samifisc.com. They are not responsible for the documents and information that each client places in their own space (see section 8).

3. Hosting and infrastructure

The Client Portal, its database and the documents stored in it are hosted on servers located in the European Union:

Documents, attachments and backups are stored encrypted in Cloudflare R2 object storage, in buckets dedicated to the firm under European Union jurisdiction. E-mails from the firm and the application are delivered by a sending provider established in France. The list of providers that handle data, with their role and country, appears in the Data Processing Agreement (Annex C).

  • Questions about our services, quotes, appointments: contact@samifisc.com, the site's contact form, or the firm's WhatsApp number.
  • Firm clients: your assigned accountant, the Client Portal messaging, or the WhatsApp assistant during the hours shown on the site.

5. Personal data and the CNDP

The information collected on samifisc.com (contact, quote, appointment and internship application forms, newsletter) is the subject of processing for which SAMIFISC is the controller, intended to answer requests, to prepare and perform our engagements and, with your consent, to keep you informed of the firm's news. The recipients are the authorised members of the firm and the technical providers listed in the data processing agreement.

In accordance with Law No. 09-08 promulgated by Dahir No. 1-09-15 of 18 February 2009, you have a right of access, rectification and, on legitimate grounds, objection to the processing of your data, which you exercise by writing to contact@samifisc.com. You may also object free of charge to any marketing communication.

SAMIFISC's CNDP formalities

The detail of these processing activities, retention periods and cookies is set out in the Privacy Policy. For the data that clients entrust to the firm or record in their Client Portal (employees, customers and suppliers, accounting documents), SAMIFISC acts, depending on the case, as controller or as processor: see the Data Processing Agreement and the CNDP Compliance Commitment.

6. Intellectual property

The site, the Client Portal, their code, interfaces, texts, document templates, illustrations, and the SAMIFISC brand and logo are protected by intellectual property law (Law No. 17-97 on the protection of industrial property and Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights). Any reproduction, extraction, adaptation or representation, in whole or in part, without written authorisation is prohibited. Access to the Client Portal confers a right of use, never a right of ownership.

The documents, records and data that clients upload or produce in their space — invoices, statements, contracts, payslips, articles of association — remain their exclusive property. The firm acquires no right in them beyond what is necessary to perform its engagement and to meet its professional retention obligations.

7. Content, links and liability

SAMIFISC endeavours to publish accurate and up-to-date information on this site; it has no contractual value: only the engagement letter, the accepted quote and the documents in this legal area bind the firm. Tax, social or legal information published on the site is general in nature and does not replace advice tailored to your situation.

The site may link to third-party sites (DGI, CNSS, CNDP, Simpl, suppliers). SAMIFISC does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content. The logos and trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.

8. Each company's Client Portal

Each client has its own space in the Client Portal: its documents, its filings, its exchanges with the firm and, if it activates them, the Commercial Management and Payroll & HR modules that it operates itself. The documents a client issues from these modules (quotes, invoices, payslips, contracts) are issued by the client, in its name and under its responsibility; the firm supervises and validates them as part of its engagement, without becoming their publisher.

Are you an employee, customer or supplier of a company that is a client of the firm?

The company remains your point of contact for your data and your documents. SAMIFISC processes them on its behalf, within its engagement and its professional secrecy. If you cannot reach it, contact@samifisc.com will forward your request.

9. Governing law

The site and this notice are governed by Moroccan law. The terms for performing engagements and using the Client Portal, the governing law and the competent courts are set by the General Terms.
